We store all password information in a highly secure database that is encrypted using the industry-standard AES256 or Twofish block cipher. These advanced encryption methods ensure that your data remains confidential and inaccessible to unauthorized users.

Additionally, clients may request to add a security pin to prevent access to this information without first providing this code. 

Access to encrypted customer data is strictly limited to employees who are directly working on your project. This controlled access ensures that only authorized personnel can view or handle your sensitive information, further safeguarding your privacy.

While we are unable to share specifics of how we maintain controlled access to client usernames and passwords, we can share that only approved members of our admin team may grant access to employees and our system prevents those employees from copying, exporting, sharing, or taking any unauthorized actions with client data. 

Clients who have entered into an agreement with us are notified via email whenever there are updates to our policies.

Additionally, we respect your rights regarding your personal data. At any time, a client may request the deletion of their data from our systems. Upon such a request, we ensure that the data is promptly removed and confirm the deletion with the client.
