Approve a file on the Client System

From time to time, we require clients to approve a file or image. This could be anything from approving edits to an image to approving a layout for a website. Clients can approve files and communicate with their project representative right in our client system. This article guides you through that process in case you need help.

Approve a file

Step 1: Login to the Client System

Login to the client system by visiting https://accts.acmevnt.com and entering your email and password or sign in with just your email and we will send you a link to log-in.

Having trouble logging in?

Check out our articles on how to login to the client system and this article for common issues related to login problems. If you are still having problems, you can email support or chat with us

Note: The support email is for existing clients only, emails from non-clients are filtered out. If you are not a client or your email is not registered to an account, you will need to email [email protected].

Step 2: Check for Notifications

Once logged in, you will be directed to the home page. Look for a notification indicating that there is a task requiring your action. This notification will appear prominently on the home screen. Alternatively, you can check the Notification Tab for any pending tasks.

Step 3: Navigate to the Task

Click on the notification link to be taken directly to the task.

If you do not see a link, you can manually navigate to the task.
  • From the main menu, click on Projects.
  • Find the specific project that contains the task needing your attention. (You may need to click a down arrow to view the details of a project.)

  • Within the project, locate the task under the Client Approval or Requires Action section.

Step 4: Open the Task and File

Open the task and hover over the file with your mouse. You will see an option to open the file in a new tab or download it.

    Step 5: Approve the File

When you are ready to approve the file, click the large green OK button.

Not ready to approve the file?
If you are not ready to approve the file or need to request additional changes, you can leave a comment on the task or use the chat widget to quickly message someone.
