Unable to Login to Client System
Common Issues
For clients having trouble logging into the client system, we encourage you to check the following:
- Ensure you are using the correct email address, and it was typed in correctly.
- If you are using magic link and not receiving an email, check your spam/junk folder.
- If you encounter issues with buttons not working, try turning off / disabling any AdBlock extensions.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password, you can still login with the "Magic link" feature. When logged in you should be able to reset your password.
