Client Support Requests
If you are a client of Acme Ventures and have a question or need help, there are several ways you can reach out.
Contact your Project Representative directly
If your issue or question is regarding a project (past or present), you can always contact your project representative directly via phone or email.
If you get an automated reply saying that they are out of the office, and you need help before they return, you can submit a request via the Client Account System for faster support.
Submit a Support Request
Client support requests are sperate from other support requests, are integrated into the client system, and are given a higher priority. There are two ways to submit a support request.

We recommend clients with an issue use this option as it delivers the most information and allows us to resolve issues quickly, without needing to go back and forth via email or phone calls to obtain more information.
Clients may submit a support request through the Client Account System.
Once logged in click on Requests in the Main Menu, then New Request at the top of the page.

Choose the reason for the request from the drop-down menu and fill out the rest of the details on the form. Remember to click submit when you are finished.
By Email
Clients can start a new support request by sending an email to [email protected]
Please Note
The Client Account System only accepts emails from clients with an existing account, all other emails are filtered out. To submit a support request via email you must use the email address you use to login to the Client Account System. When you submit a request via email, you will get an auto reply saying your request was successfully received.
Chat with the Accounts Team
If you have a quick question or have an issue that would require a lot of back and forth via email you start a chat conversation with the accounts team directly from the Client Account System.
In the bottom right of the Client Account System, click on the chat bubble to bring up the chat widget.

From the widget, you can search for answers to frequent questions or click on New Conversation to start a chat session.
The chat widget located in the Client Account System connects directly to the Accounts Team. Chat widgets on the main website and links to chat in emails may connect you to the Sales Team or a team member directly.
Please Note
The chat system is not able to fully verify the identity of the person we are chatting with. For this reason, we may require clients to verify their identity via email, SMS, or by answering security questions to safeguard your account and confidential information.
By Phone or SMS
Clients may call or message the accounts team via text message. The number is located in the Client Account System on the home page.
