Re-Work Credit Terms

Acme Solutions is committed to working with you to ensure you are satisfied with the result of our image editing and design services. Thats why we provide reWork credit for the following services:

Photoshop & Image Editing

How it works
All photo image editing and Photoshop services, earn rework credit at a rate of 5 minutes of credit for every 30 minutes of service. This credit allows you to request revisions and changes to existing edits at no extra cost.


If you need more changes after using up your earned reWork credit, additional editing time can be purchased in 30-minute increments, normally at the same rate billed for the initial edits.


Rework Credit Usage 

Rework credit can be applied to any image within the same project, giving you the freedom to make changes where they're most needed. However, reWork credit can only be used to make revisions and changes to an image after the initial edits have been performed. It cannot be used to make new edits or additions that were not part of the original request or to go beyond the original requested edit. Rework credit is specifically for refining or adjusting the existing work based on your feedback.


Credit Carryover

Rework credit does not carry over after the project is closed. Once all images are approved and/or delivered, any remaining rework credit earned is forfeited.

reWork vs Warranty

reWork credit is designed to allow customers to make request changes and revisions to image editing and photoshop services prior to delivery of the final images. Once final images are approved and/or delivered, any remaining reWork credit is lost. However, you are still protected under our Standard Image Services Warranty


If a mistake was made by Acme Solutions in implementing a requested change, errors such as spelling and/or grammatical errors, or other errors made on the part of Acme Solutions, that are not discovered until after the project was closed are covered under our standard image services warranty and will be remedied at no cost to the client. In such cases, the error must be reported within seven business days and the edits that will be performed are limited to fixing the mistake. 


To report a mistake after a project has been closed, start a support ticket from the Client Account System, or reach out to us.


PLEASE NOTE - The terms for reWork credit here are the standard terms applied to most image services projects. These terms may be modified by a signed agreement for your specific project.
