Standard Image Services Warranty

At Acme Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality image editing and Photoshop services. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a Standard Image Services Warranty that covers errors and issues that may be discovered after a project has been closed.


What is Covered:


  • Implementation Errors: If a mistake was made by Acme Solutions in implementing a requested change, such as spelling or grammatical errors, or other execution errors on our part, these will be remedied at no additional cost.


  • File Format and Resolution Issues: If the final images are delivered in the wrong file format, resolution, or size that was not agreed upon, we will correct the error and provide the correct files, at no additional cost.


  • Color Accuracy: If there is a significant discrepancy in color accuracy that does not match the approved proof, we will make the necessary adjustments, at no additional cost. 


  • Cropping and Alignment: If the image was improperly cropped or aligned against the agreed specifications, we will fix it, at no additional cost.


  • Missing Elements: If any elements that were part of the approved design (e.g., logos, text, images) are missing in the final delivery, they will be added, at no additional cost.


  • Corrupted Files: If you receive a corrupted or unusable file due to an error in delivery, we will re-deliver the file in the correct format and working condition, at no additional cost.


Reporting a Mistake:

  • The warranty period begins when the final images are delivered to the client. To qualify for the warranty, the error must be reported within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery.


  • The warranty covers only the correction of the identified mistake and does not extend to additional changes or revisions.


Access to Final Files:

  • If you are unable to access or download the final files due to a network or cloud provider failure, we will resend the files upon request.


  • Please note that Acme Solutions is only required to retain final project files for up to thirty (30) days after the initial delivery. After this period, files may no longer be available, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary files are downloaded and backed up during this window.

  • To report a mistake or request file access, please initiate a support ticket through the Client Account System or email our accounts team directly at [email protected].
