Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all services offered by Acme Ventures LLC, including all our divisions, (hereafter referred to as "Acme Ventures"). It governs the terms under which clients are entitled to refunds and the conditions under which refunds will not be issued. The policy is part of Acme Venture's Invoicing and Payments Policy, and clients agree to be bound by this policy as part of their acceptance of the policy during the sign-up process as well as by transacting with us. 

Refund Request

To request a refund, clients submit a ticket through the Client Account System by submitting a ticket and selecting the Refund Request option.

Refund Payout Timeline

All refunds will be processed and paid out according to the following schedule:
  • Refunds under $100 - Paid out within 30 days
  • Refunds over $100 - Paid out within 45 days

Refunds Applied as Credit

If a client is entitled to a refund under this policy, and has an outstanding/unpaid invoice, Acme Ventures reserves the right to apply a credit to the outstanding/unpaid invoices for the amount of the refund.

Photoshop Services

If you choose to cancel the project before work begins, you are entitled to a full refund. Once work has started, the no-refund policy will apply.

Simple Logo Design

Due to the custom nature of logo design, we have a strict no-refund policy once the design process has begun. If you wish to cancel before we begin the design process, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund. However, once the design work starts, the no-refund policy is in effect.

Managed Hosting Service

Early Termination of Agreement (by Client)If a client decides to terminate their agreement before the end of the one-year term, the following applies:
  • Refund: Clients will lose any payments made for services already performed up to the point of cancellation. If services have been rendered, no refund will be provided for the completed period. A refund will only be issued for the unused portion of the term if no services have been performed or the client is in good standing.
  • Penalty: Clients will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining term value (excluding any setup fees) to cover administrative costs and service termination procedures.
  • Example: If a client paid $350 for the year and cancels after 3 months, they will not be refunded for the 3 months of services already rendered. They may receive a refund for the remaining 9 months, minus a 20% cancellation fee.


Changes in Terms of Service / Price ChangeIf Acme changes the terms of service or increases pricing during the contract term, the client may terminate the agreement early, with the following provisions:


  • Refund: Clients who choose to terminate due to the changes in terms or price will receive a refund only for the unused portion of the prepaid service, minus a 10% processing fee. Refunds will be issued based on the remaining unused period from the date of termination.
  • Penalty: No cancellation fee is applied in this case, as the client is terminating due to our changes.


Termination of Agreement by Us (Violations of TOS, AUP, or Failure to Make Payments)

If Acme terminates the agreement due to violation of Terms of Service (TOS), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or failure to make payments as required, the following applies:


  • No Refund: No refund will be provided. The client’s account will be terminated immediately, and any prepaid fees are forfeited to cover services already rendered and the cost of handling the violation.
